**As of June 26,2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the mid of July.** RFI due June 12, 2025 by 5:00 PM Completion- (250) working days The Claremont Police Department is located at 570 W. Bonita Avenue in Claremont, California providing the surrounding community with a variety of public safety services. The facility houses Claremont's Police Department and City Jail and it is operational 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This project will provide a new 1,250 square foot addition to the existing facility to include female locker rooms, restrooms/showers, and rest areas and will provide better pedestrian connections, increased accessibility and enhanced wayfinding. The City of Claremont has developed a full design and engineering set of construction documents, partnering with Dunbar Architects. The plans have been submitted to the city and are currently under plan check review.
