Interested bidders must meet the city's licensing and insurance requirements and comply with prevailing wage regulations. Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid. Include Department of Industrial Relations number in bid as well as Contractors State License Board number on subcontractors form. Must possess a General Contractor license class B. Must possess a city of Pomona business license or obtain one before start of project, must also provide proof of insurance. Job must be bid at prevailing wage.
