Prequalification of general contractors capable of constructing a new Police Station in the Village. Description of Work The proposed Work is officially known as the General Contractor Prequalification for Police Station Construction, as further described herein. Any questions related to this RFQ must be submitted in writing to Cliff Ruemmler, Purchasing Manager, at Purchase@wilmette.com. Questions received by the Village, including the Village's responses will be consolidated and posted on online The deadline for submitting questions is 2:00 pm local time 09/03/2025. This project will include the demolition of an existing one-story police station at 710 Ridge Road (approx. 21,297sf) and the construction of a new two-story police station at the same location (approx. 53,054sf). Police department operations will relocate to a temporary facility off site during construction.
