Site work for a mixed-use development in Blackstone, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
**As of October 21, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Summary:The general work description of the project can be generally described as: This project will re-paint existing runway [4-22] markings. The new markings will meet requirements as given in UFC 3-260-01 and ETL 97-18. The new runway paint will contain retroreflective glass beads. For the taxiway and ramp markings, pre-formed thermoplastics or retroreflective tape will be used. Questions will be due NLT 4:00PM on August 26, 2025, by email to Marshall.d.hartless.nfg@army.mil A 5% Bid Bond is required (DGS-30-090 CO-10.2). No other forms of security, including certified checks, will be accepted. Time for Completion is 90 calendar days to Substantial completion. Final Completion shall be within 30 days after the date of Substantial completion. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
