Renovation of a museum in Waconia, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The selected consultant/consultant team will design the HVAC system based on the selected option in the Questions & Solutions Engineering (QSE) assessment Building History Carver Countys property is expressively used by the Carver County Historical Society. The building consists of collections storage, gallery, workshop, and office spaces. The original 5,000 square feet CCHS Museum was constructed in the 1960s and underwent a renovation and expansion in 1996 that added an additional 11,000 square feet. This is a Legacy grant funded project that is anticipated to begin January/February 2026. Carver County reserves the right to accept or reject all proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
