Furnishing and delivery of twenty-four (24) month supply of Polymer (Cationic Polyacrylamide In Oil Emulsion) (Polydyne Clarifloc NE459 or equal), commencing on NOVEMBER 1, 2025 through OCTOBER 31, 2027 The bidder shall pick up used totes when the next delivery is made and it shall be the bidder's sole responsibility for disposal of the used totes. Totes not removed within one week of an email request will be charged a $50 per week storage fee which will be deducted from any monies due the supplier. Product will be bench tested at the Authority's laboratory. Bidders shall provide one (1) quart of Polymer (Cationic Polyacrylamide in Oil Emulsion) by 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 19, 2025, for testing. Trial Run: The resultant low bidder if other than Clarifloc NE 459 from the bench test will provide one (1) 55-gallon drum of Polymer (Cationic Polyacrylamide in Oil Emulsion) for a one (1) week product evaluation. In the event the Polymer (Cationic Polyacrylamide in Oil Emulsion) is considered equal or better than Clarifloc NE 459 by the Authority, the supplier shall be reimbursed for the cost of said quantity. Contract award will be made based on cost to treat one (1) dry ton of solids. Said evaluation of equal or better performance shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond payable to the Authority as a guarantee that if the Contract is awarded to the bidder, that the bidder will enter into a Contract. The amount to be deposited shall be ten percent (10%) of the base bid but shall not, in any case, exceed $20,000.00. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. Failure to provide a valid FAX number may result in important correspondence not being received and the bidders proposal may be rejected. The Authority reserves the right to place an order for a minimum of two (2) totes. Polymer must be received within forty-eight (48) hours of order date and time. The Authority reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all bids. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of said opening. Approximate number of pounds to be supplied is 120,000.
