Reference Number 0000396003 Question Deadline 08/26/2025 at 3:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online Yes The City of Fremont (City), through the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department, is seeking Proposals from firms desiring to provide on-call construction materials testing services to supplement City staff. Through the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP), numerous public works projects will be undertaken over the next five years, many of which will require construction testing work beyond that of the City's in-house soils lab. Bid Intent Not Available The City has prepared an outline of "Scope of Services" which is attached as Exhibit "1" to the Request for Proposals ("RFP"), and generally includes: OnCall Construction Materials Testing Services associated with Public Works projects throughout the City.
