For Chester Township Stormwater Infrastructure Improvements , Project Funded With Covid-19 Small Sewer AND Community Development Block Grant Funds The scope of work includes inlet upgrades with water quality devices, inlet restoration, inlet replacement, stormwater management pipe installation, and installation of CIPP Pipe Liner. (Scope and major elements of work) The Successful Bidder Who Is Awarded The Contract, Will Be Required To Pay "online" A Fee Of 0.0033% (1/3 of 1 percent) up to $5,000 Of The Contract Award Value. All interested parties must submit questions via online website by the posted deadline. Bidders are not permitted to contact the Township Engineer or staff directly. Bidders are required to submit a surety in the form of a bond or equivalent meeting 10% of the overall bid price in compliance with the contract documents. Bid bonds will be returned to the non-awarded bidders upon the execution of the contract. The successful Bidder shall also be required to provide a Performance Bond in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Bidder's attention is called to the fact that this project is assisted with federal funds, and various federal requirements apply as noted in the bid documents, including but not limited to equal opportunity provisions and Davis-Bacon and Related Acts.
