Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the Specifications or Drawings shall be submitted in writing to Owner at least ten (10) days prior to opening of Bids. General The Work to be performed generally consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision as required by the Contract Documents for furnishing, installing, testing and placing into operation the Regional Water System Improvements - BP8 Palos Hills Golf Course including related accessory equipment. The types of Work to be performed include but are not limited to the following A. Furnish and install all equipment, labor, and services necessary for the construction, installation, and testing of irrigation modifications on Hole #9. B. Restoration of fairway and rough areas on Golf Course. C. Site restoration, including site grading over at-grade water main installed through the Palos Hills Golf Course. Site Directions: Palos Hills Golf Course This project generally consists of the restoration of Palos Hills Golf Course irrigation system, bunkers, fairways, cart path and rough area due to the at-grade water main installation with 5.5' cover on Hole #9.
