A good project governance structure is critical for making defensible and timely decisions that allow the project to move forward expeditiously. Expand central processing and decontamination spaces Update support areas including storage, medical ga, generator, and mechanical systems The project budget is $41 million. The target budget for all work to be provided under the design-build contract is $31 million.
