The Base Bid scope of work for this project includes rehabilitation of approximately 724 sewer laterals connected to sewer mains which are scoped for rehabilitation by cured-in-place pipelining under Contract 1. The project is located in the Trout Creek Park Basin in the City of Allentown, PA. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, grouting of sewer laterals. The project includes bypassing of flows and traffic control, as necessary, to complete the work. I&I Source Reduction Program - Year 2 - Contract 3: Lateral Grouting.
