Residential Structure Demolitions. South Whitehall Township is requesting sealed bids for the demolition and site clearing of two residential structures Located at: House 1 Address: 1995 Brickyard Rd Allentown Pa 18104 House 2 Address: 2007 Brickyard Rd Allentown Pa 18104 The objective is to safely demolish both buildings, remove all debris, and restore the sites to grade in accordance with applicable codes and environmental regulations A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. South Whitehall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept either in whole or in part any one bid or combination of bids and to accept the bid which it determines in its best interests.
