Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

A lump sum bid is desired for the project. Bids shall be accompanied by Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to Owner, in an amount not less than 5% of bid. Successful respondent shall provide an acceptable 100% Performance and Payment Bond within ten days of receipt of a Notice of Intent to Award the Contract. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informality. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after bid date. Faxed withdrawals will not be permitted.
