Renovation of a stadium in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The City of Kelowna is seeking a highly collaborative Progressive Design Build Team to deliver comprehensive upgrades to municipally owned stadiums and arenas identified as Core Facilities in the Strategic Facilities Master. This project will modernize aging infrastructure to meet current and future community needs through integrated improvements such as expanded seating, premium suites, media towers, and advanced lighting systems. Facility enhancements will also include upgrades to ice slabs and refrigeration systems, dasher boards, HVAC and dehumidification systems, washrooms, changing rooms, concessions, turf systems, and critical building systems including electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and site servicing. All work must align with applicable codes, sport governing body standards, and the City's long-term vision for sustainable, resilient, and accessible community infrastructure.
