This Assignment includes field investigation work to carryout detailed condition surveys for Four (4) bridges, one (1) culvert and one (1) retaining wall at various locations across Hwy 401, 406, 10 and QEW. The scope includes carrying out a detailed condition survey of the superstructure and substructure components, as well as preparing a Condition Survey report for each structure and a report summarizing the findings of each condition survey.
