Ensure all work is completed in full compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local environmental and occupational health and safety regulations, including those governing hazardous materials handling and disposal. Set up and maintain containment areas and negative air systems as required to control the spread of hazardous materials and maintain a safe working environment. Conduct air monitoring and final clearance testing as required by applicable regulations andproject specifications. Safely handle, transport, and dispose of all hazardous materials and waste in accordance with governing environmental regulations and provide proper documentation. Submit all necessary documentation, including but not limited to: - Waste disposal manifests -Air monitoring reports - Clearance certificates - Daily logs (if requested) Additionally: Scaffolding will be required to access elevated areas within the penthouse mechanical room and B4.PEWP. The contractor is responsible for the supply, installation, and removal of all scaffolding or other access equipment necessary to complete the work safely and effectively.
