Completed plans call for the demolition of a parking garage; for the construction of a parking garage; for site work for a parking garage; service station / car wash facility; service station / car wash facility; and service station / car wash facility.

New Bus Garage and Transportation Facility - Contract - M1. SUMMARY OF CONTRACT M WORK A. Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, means, methods, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as required by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. Each contractor shall coordinate, through the Owner/Architect/Engineer, the work of their contract with the work by others. B. This following abbreviated summary is provided in order to briefly describe the work covered by the Contract Documents for this Construction Contract. It is not all inclusive of the work under the Contract. C. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Startup participation for the various equipment and systems of the project and provide complete service to troubleshoot and assist manufacturer service representatives in obtaining a completely functional installation. 2. New gas-fired infrared heaters for the garage. 3. New exhaust fans, supports, and associated equipment. a. Toilets, locker rooms, and custodian closets. b. Air handling unit economizer. c. Garage summer ventilation. d. Vehicle exhaust systems. e. Pit ventilation system. 4. Gas detection systems for CO and NO2 gases in the garage. 5. New diffusers, grilles, registers, duct work, supports and accessories. 6. Furnish louvers and coordinate location for Contract G to install. 7. New air conditioning system. a. Variable-air-volume (VAV) indoor air handling unit for administration and general areas. b. DX cooling coil with remote air-cooled condensing units. c. Integral gas-fired furnace for heating. d. Remote VAV boxes. 8. New energy recovery heating and ventilating unit for the garage. a. Fixed plate type energy recovery. b. Supply and exhaust fans. c. Integral gas-fired furnace for heating. 9. New electric wall heaters at entrances/exits. 10. Testing, adjusting, and balancing of systems. 11. New automatic temperature control systems. 12. Project closeout submittals. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids.
