**As of October 7, 2025 , This project has been awarded to CSTE, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $175,417.43.** The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Construction consisting of but is not limited to clearing, grading, and drainage installation at 3 locations in the City of Holly Springs. The time allowed for Substantial Completion is 150 consecutive days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Nonrefundable liquidated damages in the amount of $500 per calendar day will be deducted from monies due the Contractor in the event that a portion of the work remains incomplete beyond the agreed upon contract completion date. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond with good and sufficient surety or sureties approved by the owner for faithful acceptance of the contract, payable to, in favor of, and for the protection of the OWNER in an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the total amount payable by the terms of the contract. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount and a payment bond for 100% of the contract amount, with the executed Agreement meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents and executed on the forms attached to the Agreement. The terms and time for payment are set forth in the Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities and re-advertise. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
