Renovation of an educational facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Broome Community College is seeking bids from qualified bidders for HVAC Construction. The Bidders shall provide, labor, materials, equipment and associated costs to complete all work necessary on the project. The project includes removing and installing 2 new N-Gen Mitsubishi condensing units for system #2 at the Wales building. Minimum Wage Rates shall be as determined by the New York State Department of Labor. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a Deposit of Cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to SUNY Broome Community College, Treasurer, in the amount specified by this advertisement and in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid. The retention and disposal of such Cash, Certified Check or Bid Bond, by SUNY Broome, shall conform with Article 5A, Section 105 of the General Municipal Law, as amended. The successful Contractor will be required to execute the Contract and comply, in all respects, with Article 5A, Section 105 of the General Municipal Law, as amended The Purchasing Office reserves the right to reject any and all Bids offered.
