The Town of Oak Bluffs invites bids for on-call electrical services for Town building and facilities in Oak Bluffs, MA. All Bids must be sealed & be marked: "BID FOR ON-CALL ELECTRICAL SERVICES". The work under the proposed contract shall conform to the requirements of MGL, Chapter 149, Sections 44A through M, and Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. Work under this contract shall comply with the requirements of the Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law under MGL, Chapter 149, Section 27, as amended. The lowest responsible and eligible company will be required to furnish certification of labor harmony and that all employees to be employed at the worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA for a minimum of 10 hours. All bids must be signed by an authorized individual(s).
