The Department of Fish and Game, Office of Fishing and Boating Access, invites sealed bids for the reconstruction of the Sengekontacket Pond Boat Ramp Facility in the Town of Oak Bluffs, MA. The project includes the reconstruction of a boat ramp, adjacent rip rap armor stones, and miscellaneous work in accordance with the referenced plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted on forms provided in the bid package, accompanied by a bid deposit of 5% of the bid value. Contract Documents are available from the Office of Fishing and Boating Access upon formal written request. All bids are subject to state laws and regulations concerning construction contracts, prevailing wage rates, and requirements for Minority Business Enterprises. Proposals without properly completed affidavits of noncollusion will be declared informal. The right is reserved to waive informality or reject any or all proposals. An award will not be made to any contractor unable to complete the work by the specified deadline.
