Fairgrounds E-barn Roof Replacement:- SCOPE:- The E-Barn at the Fairgrounds is an E-shaped building with four (4) roofs that tie together. The approximate square footage is 41,290 and is as follows: o East Wing - 9,640 o Center Wing - 9,640 o West Wing - 9,950 o South Wing - 12,060 The East, Center and West Wings all tie into the South Wing. The project consists of but is not limited to removal and disposal of the existing corrugated roof, flashing, air vents, gutters and downspouts. Install new metal corrugated roofing with vapor barrier, flashings, six (6) new air vents per roof, gutters and downspouts, as per local building codes.
