Center Interior Lighting Upgrade The project includes the upgrade and replacement of the existing Encelium lighting control system. The current system has experienced repeated failures and is operating with outdated and unsupported software, resulting in unreliable operation and maintenance challenges. The intent of the project is to replace the current system with a modern, reliable, and energyefficient lighting control solution that meets current industry standards and supports future scalability. The preferred system is Wattstopper PLUS with Encelium Technology and Polaris Monitor software. Any vendor offering a brand which they believe to be of equal quality, performance or desired use, shall identify any differences in the specified area of the bid tabulation form.
