**As of September 25, 2025, the project was awarded to Troyer Post Buildings, with an awarded amount of $39,388.16** Putnam County will receive sealed bids for the construction of a maintenance equipment shed to be located at 270 Carlen Drive, Cookeville, TN. All envelopes must be marked "Maintenance Equipment Shed Bid". Bidder discounts and terms, if any, must be clearly stated in the submitted bid. BIDDER MUST SUBMIT TWO (2)COMPLETE COPIES OF THE BID. Putnam County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Any questions concerning this RFP should be emailed to Angela Vaughn at angela.vaughn@putnamcountytn.gov or contact her at 931-526-2161. By law, questions must be asked no less than 96 hours before the bid opening. Structure to be erected at 270 Carlen Drive, Cookeville, TN. o 40x120x14' Post Frame Building (anchor system) o 13' Clear Inside Height, 40' Truss, 3/12 pitch o 120' eave side open, all other sides enclosed o Posts need to be spaced at least 12' apart on the front open 120' side. o Anchor System - attach building to existing concrete slab (sw60 brackets)
