The Bureau of Land Management, Grand Junction Field Office in Colorado seeks a contractor to provide updated automated entry control gates at its facilities. The contractor will furnish a minimum of two automotive gate systems and relocate one pedestrian gate. Each automotive gate must support PIV authentication integrated into existing systems and include additional operability as outlined in the Performance Work Statement. The government may exercise options to add one more automotive gate and up to four years of preventative maintenance services. The contract will be firm-fixed price and evaluated based on price and other factors under FAR Parts 12 and 13. This solicitation is exclusively set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) under NAICS 238990, with a size standard of $19 million. Contractors must have active registration in SAM.gov, comply with Service Contract Labor Standards for Mesa County, CO, and provide proof of property liability insurance of $1,000,000.
