Reference Number 0000397372 The State of Colorado, Colorado Mesa University is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the Escalante Hall Stairwell Egress project. Colorado Mesa University is looking for services to Construct storage space by framing walls to separate the new space from the egress. Walls will need to be finished to match the existing building side, fire taped in the storage side. A new egress door will need to be added as well as a concrete landing to the exterior of the new egress door. A wall mounted electric unit heater will need to be installed in building side. An additional sprinkler head will need to be installed on storage side. Existing exit signs will need to be moved over new egress door. Contractor is responsible for all prep work, demolition and clean up. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period to the State as per the Advertisement for Bid. Specific tasks to be performed by the Contractor include those generally performed by the construction community where the Contractor is the prime vendor to the State.
