The project involves the long-term environmental operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Zones 1 and 2 Biosparge System at the Naval Submarine Base New London (SUBASE) in Groton, Connecticut. The work will be conducted in accordance with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Manual and the Sampling and Analysis Plan (SAP) for Zones 1 & 2 Non-CERCLA Operable Unit 4 Soil and Groundwater Remedial Action Construction and System Startup. The task order will be awarded on a fair opportunity basis, with the basis for award being the lowest price. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module by 09 September 2025, no later than 2:00 pm (EST). There will be no site visit for this project, and all inquiries must be submitted in writing using the Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) form no later than 10 calendar days prior to the proposal due date. The Department of Labor Wage Determination No.: CT20250024 dated 08/15/2025 applies to this work. Location: Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton, Connecticut .
