Site work for a civil project in Wayland, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of this contract generally consists of the furnishing and installation of a 0.75-million-gallon capacity precast, prestressed, wire wound, concrete water storage tank in Wayland, Massachusetts with an internal tank mixing system and associated site work, piping and appurtenances as required by the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond each in the amount of 50% of the contract price will be required. Minimum wage rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor Standards under the provision of the M.G.L. c. 149, 26 to 27H, as amended, apply to this project. Questions received less than five business days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
