Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project shall consist of the Contractor furnishing all of the tools, labour, equipment, and materials necessary to excavate 5500 CY of material, remove 800 LF of curb & gutter and 500 SY of concrete, and install 300 LF of 12" water main pipe, 500 LF of 12" storm drain pipe, 6 manholes, 4 catch basins, 800 LF of curb and gutter, 500 SY of concrete sidewalk, 3000 CY of uncrushed aggregate base, 1500 CY of crushed aggregate, 500 LF of type "P" surface restoration, 1700 tons of asphalt, 7000 SY of Subgrade Geotextile, a Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon System and any additional items specifically defined in the Bid Documents. Question Deadline 08/25/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
