The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the drawings and technical specifications for the Batavia Road Asphalt Overlay project. The work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required to construct the project.
