Shouldering LENGTH: 7.69 miles Approximate major items of work include: Aggregate Surfacing (Class 1 Mod.) 18,227 ton Full Depth Reclamation 98,394 square yards Mill Bituminous Surface 3,109 square yards Bituminous Wearing Course Mixture 40,8636 ton Minimum wage rates to be paid by the Contractors have been predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, P.L. 87-581 and implementing regulations. A minimum goal of 0.0 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond made payable to the Stevens County Treasurer in the amount of at least 5 per cent of the proposal. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities thereof.
