Renovation of an educational facility in Janesville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: Replacement of the existing steam heat exchanger, and the existing domestic hot water boilers. Steam is utilized to generate domestic hot water during the heating season. New steam water heaters shall be provided to supply domestic hot water during the heating season. New gas fired water heaters shall be utilized when the central boilers are in-active. Event bid note: US Mail or Third-party delivery (UPS, Fedex, or DHL) to State of Wisconsin, Administration Building, 7th 25 Floor, 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703; or Hand delivery to the drop box labeled SEALED BIDS ONLY in front of the State of Wisconsin Administration Building located at 101 East Wilson Street, Madison, Wisconsin 53703. Question Deadline 09/20/2025 Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before the date set for bid opening. No verbal explanation or instructions will be given in regard to the meaning of the drawings or specifications during the bid period
