Contractors will be required to perform temporary HVAC installation and management services at Fort Bliss, Texas Garrison in response to demand orders categorized as Emergency, Urgent, or Routine. The installed HVAC units must maintain indoor temperatures in accordance with Army Regulation 420-1: 74F +-2 during the cooling season and 72F +-2 during the heating season. Upon receiving a demand order, the contractor must conduct an initial building assessment to determine the appropriate HVAC unit size and materials needed.
