A timeline for award has not been established yet ** Cass County Board of Commissioners (the "Commissioners") are requesting proposals from prospective entities interested in submitting a proposal to develop, design and construct a new +/- 50,000 SF highway garage building to be located at 1251 N. State RD 17 Logansport, Indiana 46947, all pursuant to a public-private partnership agreement to be entered into between the Commissioners and the recommended and approved responder to the Request for Proposals ("RFP") in accordance with Ind. Code 5-23. Responses are not required to include the submission of a certified check or other evidence of financial responsibility. The Commissioners reserve the right to terminate this RFP process and to reject any and all proposals.
