Tract 6 North Water Main Replacement The funding source for this project is WATER UTILITY REVENUE. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Tract 6 North Water Main Replacement as follows: Installation of 740' of 2", 13750 of 6", and 2390 of 12" HDPE pipe by horizontal directional drilling including hydrants, valves, services, and all other appurtenances. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 90 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount no less than one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the Instructions to Bidders. The Board also reserves the right to waive any defect in any bid.
