ProjectDescription Furnish labor and material, as per attached specifications. This is an all or none bid for repair only. Work includes: 1. Roof - Remove the existing roof shingles complete down to the sheathing. Install new architectural dimensional type roof shingles. Include all new drip edge, any required venting, sheathing repairs & flashing components. Roof shingles must have a manufacturer's warranty of at least 30 years. All work must comply with current code requirements and the manufacturer's specifications. 2. Chimney Removal Remove the existing masonry chimney complete. Install a new B-vent system complete to current code requirements. Repair all interior walls and ceiling areas affected by the chimney removal. All repairs to match the existing wall surfaces as close as possible. All work must be performed by properly licensed contractors. 3. Gutter system - Install a new seamless aluminum gutter system with all new downspouts and extensions. Note: repair the existing soffit & fascia system as necessary, prior to installing the new gutter system
