**As of October 01, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 07, 2025.** Bids are for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials (as specified) necessary for the project designated as the "Term Contract for Public Works and Utilities Construction Projects". Bids are for the construction, repair, and/or maintenance of City infrastructure and providing emergency assistance as needed for work related to municipal public works and utilities. The work will generally include but is not limited to earthwork, trenching, excavation, grading and drainage, clearing and grubbing, grassing, concrete work, culvert and drainage installation, underground utility installation and repairs, demolition and dewatering. This Contract shall be for an initial period of one (1) year with an option to renew the contract for additional periods up to four (4) additional years. The City of Southaven reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information and irregulations therein, solicit new bids, or choose that primary bid and possibly a first alternate bid which is / are deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Southaven.
