Town Hall Annex Building Basement damp Fire Sprinkler System the Work to Be Performed Under This Contract Includes the Installation of a Basement damp Fire Sprinkler System in the Town Hall Annex Building at 649 Ridge Road. Bidders Must Use the Prepared Proposal Form. Each Proposal Must Be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Township Clerk, Township of West Milford, Marked on the Outside With the Name and Address of the Bidder and the Name of the Contract Being Bid, and Delivered on or Before the Hour Set Forth Above. No Bids Will Be Accepted After the Date / Time Set for Receipt of Same. Bidders Shall Schedule a Site Visit With the Township to Review the Project Location, as Required. No Bidder Will Be Considered Without Previously Viewing the Site and Without Receipt of the Required Site Inspection Affidavit. the Township of West Milford Reserves the Right to Award the Contract to the Lowest Responsible Bidder. The Township Reserves the Right to Award the Contract Based on the Base Bid and Any Combination of Alternate Bids, as Shall Best Serve the Interest of the Township. ids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the Form of a Certified Check, Bid Bond or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount Bid, but Not in Excess of $20,000.00 Made Payable to the Township of West Milford, Together With a consent of Surety From a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in New Jersey in a Form Satisfactory to the Township, Stating That It Will Provide the Contractor With a Bond in an Amount Equal to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the Total Contract Price Bid. All Guarantees of Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned Upon Award of Contract to the Successful Bidder. 1. A Certified Check, Treasurer's Check, or Bid Bond in the Proper Amount. This Security Must Be Presented With the Bid Documents to the Receiving Officer and Not Thereafter; 2. Consent of Surety. 3. Corporation or Partnership Statement Form. 4. Non-collusion Affidavit. 5. New Jersey Business Registration Certificate. 6. Acknowledgement of Receipt of Changes to Bid Documents Form (if Applicable). Bidders Should Make Sure That Their Bid Proposal, Bid Bond, Consent of Surety, Non-collusion Affidavit, and Other Required Documents Are Signed by a Duly Authorized Person for the Bidder.
