The City of Cedar Vale is seek- ing proposals for administrative services and inspection services related to an application for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for Housing Rehabilitation. The project's target area will consist of a pre-determined area of low-to-moderate-income (LMI) residents whose homes are eligible for substantial rehabilitation under the program. Proposals for administrative and inspection services will be reviewed separately. The City encourages minority- and women-owned businesses to apply. Reasonable accommodations will be made available to persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodations should be submitted to the City Clerk at (620) 758-2244 by September 18th, 2025 . The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
