The work to be completed under this contract is to upgrade the existing geothermal heating system, at the Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area site, through the replacement of six (6) furnaces and the modernization of their associated control systems. The work shall be completed before December 19, 2025. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Procure six (6) new furnaces with, matching, or improved, specifications when compared to existing furnaces. Removal and disposal out of site of the six (6) existing furnaces. (transportation fees must be included in pricing). Install six (6) new furnaces, previously acquired. Commission, and certify, each installed furnace to demonstrate a successful installation and operation. Provide in-person training for staff, Standard Operating Procedure(s), and manual, on the new equipment. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, project management, and contract administration work required to upgrade the existing geothermal heating system, at the Last Mountain Lake National Wildlife Area site, through the replacement of six (6) furnaces and the improvement of their associated mechanical and control systems.
