Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lexington, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a 31,000-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractorshall complete all Work asspecified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work is generally described as follows: Lexington Jordans Point Park consisting of work shown on the following Project Drawings and as described below. A. Lexington Jordans Point Park B. The project consists of constructing concrete tiered seating, walkways, gravel roadway, landscaping and picnic supply items and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bidder Questions Engineer will provide responses to bidders questions received up to 5:00 pm on September 16, 2025. Project Description: Project consists of construction of precast concrete tiered seating, walkways, new gravel roadway, landscaping and picnic supply items. Bidder Questions: Engineer will provide responses to bidders' questions received up to 5:00 pm on September 16, 2025. Submit pre-bid questions using the Pre-bid Question Form attached to this section. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
