Renovation of a municipal facility in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Install new boilers and pumps at the Ordon's-Orvis Building (213 Palafox Place, Pensacola, FL 32502) in Downtown Pensacola. The existing gas-fired boilers located in the Ordon's-Orvis Building in Downtown Pensacola supply hot water and heat to Ernie Lee Magaha, Matt Bell, Ordon's-Orvis, and Old Courthouse buildings. Due to the age and inefficiency of the existing boilers, Facilities Management is seeking a licensed General Contractor, or licensed Utility Contractor, to remove the existing equipment in the boiler room and replace it with new equipment. Due to the cost savings benefits, Facilities Management has already purchased the boilers for the project. These boilers will be delivered to the site for the contractor to install. The contractor will be required to purchase the pumps listed in the project documents, demolish the existing equipment, and install the new equipment (boilers, pumps, concrete pads, appurtenances, etc). The existing system exhausts through the roof but will need to be closed off and vented through the west wall with a vent stack attached to the exterior wall. A licensed General Contractor, or licensed Utility Contractor, will remove the existing boiler and pump equipment located on the first floor of the Ordon's-Orvis Building and replace it with new equipment.
