A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Alteration to Grove Street Firehouse and Repairs to Coit Street Firehouse Interior Alteration at Grove Street Fire House to include new Toilet Rooms Roof Repair and Masonry Repair Work at Coit Street Fire House The site of the project is located within the Township of Irving ton, on Civic Square Bids are to be enclosed in a sealed envelope and distinctly show the name of the bidder and marked: Alteration to Grove Street Firehouse and Repairs to Coit Street Firehouse. One (1) Original & Four (4) Copies Required. Bidders are also required to comply with other provisions of Law including, but not limited to, the requirements of: Affirmative Action pursuant to NJSA 10:5-31 et seq /NJAC 17:27., and with the requirements of P.L. 1977 C33 regarding the submission of a list of all Stockholders or Partners owning more than 10% stock or interest in their Corporation or Partnership. Bidders are also required to comply with the American with Disabilities Act of 1990 and P.L. 1997, C37 pertaining to dispute resolution. A bid bond in the amount of 10% of bid price must accompany the bid. The Township reserves the right to waive any and all formalities or altogether reject all bids. Awards made under the process shall be made to those contractors whose bid is the lowest, responsible, responsive bidder. Unless otherwise provided, in any supplement to these instructions to bidders, no bidder shall modify, withdraw or cancel the proposal of any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of bid in the advertisement or Request for Bids.
