Plans and specifications must be picked up in person at the Office of Purchasing, Room 335 at 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J. 07102. Payment for plans and specifications should be by check payable to County of Essex or exact cash amount only. Plans and specifications are available only in paper form, not electronically. The performance period is ninety (90) calendar days from notice to proceed. All questions are to be submitted in writing to the Office of Purchasing (via fax #973-621-5109 or email at procurequestions@admin.essexcountynj.org) no later than 4:30 PM at the end of business day, eight (8) business days priorto the deadline forsubmission ofdate as stated above. Only questions received by the Office ofPurchasing will be answered and be considered official
