Site work for a water / sewer project in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of replacement of aging and undersized water mains on Fillmore Street, Pierce Street, Buchanan Street, and several side streets. In addition sewer repairs and lining and stormwater inlet repairs, replacements, and storm drain installation will be as needed on the blocks where water mains are being replaced. Following utility construction, the streets will receive mill and overlay. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Will Ruberry at william.ruberry@lynchburgva.gov and received by 3:00 PM, September 17, 2025. All addenda should be signed and accompany any bid submitted.
