Provide demolition and lot clearing pricing for a Single-Family Dwelling located at 2032 Garfield Ave Lynchburg, VA 24501. Upon successful completion of the work, the City reserves the right to issue a contract for demolition services for a one-year term with the option to renew for an additional one-year term. If a term contract is awarded, additional demolition jobs may be assigned on an as needed basis at a price mutually agreed upon. Inquiries must be received at least 7 days prior to the due date in order to be considered (deadline is August 6, 2025 by 3:00 p.m.) At the time the Building Permit is issued, the work at 2032 Garfield Ave Lynchburg, VA 24501 will need to be completed within 90 calendar days. The Owner reserves the right to cancel the Advertisement for Bids, reject any and all bids, waive any and all informalities, and disregard all conforming, nonconforming, conditional bids or counterproposals.
