Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brooksville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Provide labor and materials to remove existing asphalt and replace with new asphalt, remove and replace section of curbing remove and replace a portion of concrete sidewalk to bring up to ADA standards, move two handicap parking spaces to new location and reconfigure handicap parking spaces per plans, re-stripe parking lot per plans. Bid offers shall be accompanied by either a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Official Bank Check in the dollar amount representing not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid as a guarantee to enter into a contract and furnish a contract performance and payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of notification of the award. The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the bid documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance. a question via the Q&A Tab in the Countys eProcurement Portal.
