Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cleveland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

2025 Roadway, Parking Lot, and Trail Asphalt Pavement Improvements 2025 Roadway, Parking Lot, and Trail Asphalt Pavement Improvements, Big Creek and Mill Stream Run Reservation All Bids in Excess of $10,000 Must Be Accompanied by a "Bid Bond" Executed by a Surety Company Authorized to Do Business in the State of Ohio or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Money Order, Drawn on a Solvent Bank or Savings and Loan Association in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Bid, and Made Payable to Cleveland Metroparks, as a Guarantee That if the Bid is Accepted, a Contract Will Be Entered Into, Its Performance Properly Secured and Shall Be in a Form the Same or Similar to the Attached. Bids Submitted in Excess of $10,000 Without Proper Bonding Requirements Will Be Disqualified From Consideration. In the Event That the Bidder Cannot Satisfy the Bid After Cleveland Metroparks Awards the Bid, the Award Will Be Given to the Next Successive Bidder as Identified by Cleveland Metroparks and the Difference in Cost and All Related Costs to the Difference Will Be Assumed by the Original Bidder and/or Its Surety. The Deposit of the Successful Bidder Will Be Retained Until the Contract is Properly Executed and Delivered. Bid Guaranties of All Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Held Until a Proper Contract is Entered Into or Until All Bids Are Rejected, as the Case May Be, and Will Be Returned Immediately Thereafter. In the Performance of All Contracts, Contractors Will Comply With All Applicable Federal and State Laws and Regulations Pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunities. Cleveland Metroparks is a Governmental Agency Exempt From All Local, State and Federal Taxes. As Set Forth in Orc 9.28, Bids Will Be Available for Public Inspection After Cleveland Metroparks Makes an Award. No Bid May Be Withdrawn for at Least Sixty (60) Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for Receipt of Bids. Cleveland Metroparks Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Parts of Any and All Bids and May Waive Technicalities, Which Are Not Substantive Components of the Bid. Only Odot Prequalified Contractors Are Eligible to Submit Bids for This Project. Pre-qualification Status Must Be in Force at the Time of Bid, at the Time of Award, and Through the Life of the Construction Contract. For any question relating to the Bid or Project, please submit via Public Purchase as required in Section Written questions must be submitted via www.publicpurchase.com by Friday, September 5, 2025 by 3:00 p.m. (EST) Big Creek Reservation - parking lot and all-purpose trails: 1-1/2" asphalt overlay on 7,892 square yards of existing trail with a typical width of 8.5 feet and 7,620 square yards ofparking lot. 1,194 square yards of 1-1/2" asphalt grind and overlay repair, 1,210 square yards ofnew full depth asphalt, and 309 square yards of transition pavement planing prior to the asphalt overlay. Five existing catch basins adjusted to grade, 26 square yards ofaggregate excavation and 73 square yards of dirt excavation, pavement marking restoration, removal and reinstallation ofparking blocks, berming, and upgrades of 2 ADA road crossings as specified in the plans Mill Stream Run Reservation - parkway, parking lots, and trail: 1-1/2" asphalt overlay of approximately 1.1 miles ofroadway with a pavement width of 22 feet on Valley Parkway. 1-1/2" asphalt overlay on 8,475 square yards oftrail and parking lot. 6,782 square yards of 1-1/2" asphalt grind and overlay repair, and 325 square yards oftransition pavement planing prior to the asphalt overlay. Pavement marking restoration, removal and reinstallation ofparking blocks, berming, and upgrades of2 ADA road crossings, as specified in the plans. ADD Alternate A: Big Creek all-purpose trail (lower section) 2" asphalt overlay of approximately 1,670 square yards of existing asphalt trail with a typical width of 8.5 feet and approximately 408 square yards offull depth repair as specified in the plans. Pavement marking restoration in-kind.
