The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Transportation, is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide On-Call Bridge Maintenance Services. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future. In accordance with Nebraska State Statutes 39-1351 &39-1352, and Title 409 of the Nebraska Rules and Regulations; any person desiring to submit to the department a bid for the performance of this contract shall apply to the Department for prequalification not later than five (5) days before the bid opening date of the Request for Proposal.
