Complete digital project bidding documents are available at JEO's website for $30.00. An optional paper set of project documents is available for a non-refundable price of $100.00 per set. In order to bid the project, the contract documents must be issued directly by JEO Consulting Group, Inc. or QuestCDN to the bidder. PROJECT LOCATION Street Improvements: 1st Corso from 14th Street to 15th Street; 14th Street from 1st Corso to Central Avenue and 15th Street from 1st Corso to Central Avenue. Sidewalk Improvements: 4th Corso from 10th Street to 9th Street and 4th Corso from Argo Avenue to 1st Street.
